How do I change or recover my password?
You can change your password in the app under account settings. If you have forgotten your password, please contact support so we can help you set up a new one.
Can I delete my YoungFashionShow account permanently?
Yes. In the app: open Profile, tap Edit info, then Edit on the account screen. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account — you will be asked to confirm twice. This cannot be undone. More detail: Account deletion.
How do I report a bug or technical glitch?
Send an email to info@youngfashionshow.com with a short description of the problem, screenshots if possible, and your device model and app version.
How do I update the app?
When a new version is available, the app will prompt you to update. Follow the prompt to open the App Store or Google Play and install the update from there.
